At Timeless Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, our wellness program for men & women was created from a genuine desire to help people feel better—not simply manage symptoms or wait until something is wrong. With a background in primary care, Katherine saw firsthand how much of traditional healthcare is understandably focused on diagnosing and managing chronic disease, often leaving limited time to take a deeper look at the factors that may influence how someone feels day to day. Our goal is to take a more proactive, personalized approach by looking at the bigger picture and identifying opportunities to support long-term health and well-being.
The process begins with a comprehensive laboratory evaluation that goes beyond the testing commonly included in a routine physical. In addition to standard laboratory markers, we evaluate areas such as hormonal health, thyroid function, and key vitamin and nutrient levels. During your consultation, your nurse practitioner will review your results with you line by line, explaining what they mean and how they may relate to the way you are feeling. A result falling within a laboratory’s “normal” reference range does not always mean it is necessarily optimal for an individual or their goals. Based on your symptoms, health history, laboratory findings, and personal goals, we develop an individualized plan that may include addressing hormonal health, thyroid function, vitamin or nutrient deficiencies, weight and metabolic health, or other lifestyle and wellness factors.
Hormones play an important role in how we feel, function, and age. At Timeless Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, our hormonal health program was intentionally designed with both women and men in mind. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we evaluate your symptoms, health history, goals, and laboratory results to determine whether hormonal changes may be contributing to concerns such as changes in energy, mood, sleep, body composition, sexual health, or overall well-being.
When clinically appropriate, an individualized treatment plan may include therapies involving hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, or thyroid hormone, depending on the individual. We offer bioidentical hormone therapy options—hormones that have the same chemical and molecular structure as hormones naturally produced by the human body. It is important to understand that “bioidentical” does not necessarily mean “compounded” or “safer.” Some bioidentical hormones are FDA-approved prescription medications, while others are prepared by compounding pharmacies. By comparison, some traditional hormone therapies use hormone molecules that are not structurally identical to endogenous human hormones. The appropriate option depends on the individual, and the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives are reviewed as part of the consultation.
For appropriate candidates, hormone pellet therapy is another option available at Timeless. Pellets are small hormone-containing implants placed beneath the skin that gradually release medication over an extended period of time. Because they provide ongoing delivery, pellets can be appealing to patients who prefer not to remember a daily pill or regularly apply a topical medication. Pellet therapy may involve hormones such as testosterone or estradiol depending on the patient and treatment plan.
Katherine Cooper, APRN is a certified EvexiPEL® provider and can discuss whether pellet therapy may be appropriate based on your symptoms, medical history, laboratory findings, and individual goals. Pellet therapy is not right for everyone, and there are important differences between pellets and other methods of hormone delivery. Unlike a pill, patch, or cream that can generally be stopped readily, a pellet is intended to remain in place and dissolve over time.
Potential advantages patients may consider with pellet therapy include: convenient, longer-term hormone delivery; no daily pill, patch, or cream; fewer day-to-day dosing requirements; and an individualized treatment plan based on clinical assessment and follow-up.
Vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients play an important role in everything from energy and metabolism to immune function, hormone health, cognitive function, and overall well-being. As part of the Timeless Wellness Program, our comprehensive laboratory evaluation includes key nutritional markers that can help us identify potential vitamin or nutrient deficiencies. Your results are reviewed alongside your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and individual goals to determine whether additional nutritional support may be appropriate.
When a deficiency or nutritional concern is identified, we develop an individualized plan to help address it. Depending on your needs, this may include professional-grade nutraceuticals, intramuscular (IM) vitamin injections, or IV vitamin and nutrient therapy provided in our office. Nutraceuticals may be incorporated into your wellness plan on their own or alongside other treatments, including hormone therapy. Our goal is not simply to recommend more supplements, but to identify where targeted nutritional support may make sense and choose products and therapies intentionally.
Not all supplements are created equal. In 2015, an investigation by the New York State Attorney General's Office raised concerns after testing certain popular herbal supplements sold by major retailers and reporting that many did not contain detectable DNA from the herbs listed on their labels, while some testing identified other plant material. The investigation highlighted the importance of being thoughtful about the quality, sourcing, formulation, and testing of the supplements you choose.
At Timeless, we partner with Evexias Health Solutions for professional-grade nutraceuticals. Their formulations are developed with input from experts in nutrition and medicine and are designed to provide targeted nutritional support as part of an individualized wellness plan. Products are manufactured with an emphasis on ingredient quality, purity, potency, and bioavailability, with quality testing used to help verify product specifications. This allows us to recommend nutraceuticals based on your individual needs rather than leaving you to navigate the supplement aisle on your own.
Better information. Better-quality supplementation. A plan designed around you.
Weight and metabolic health are important components of overall wellness and can influence energy, cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation, hormonal health, body composition, and long-term well-being. As part of your comprehensive wellness evaluation, we can discuss concerns related to weight, metabolism, and body composition and determine whether additional support may be appropriate.
When indicated, an individualized weight management plan may include nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, body composition monitoring, and prescription weight-loss medications, including GLP-1–based therapies when medically appropriate. Our approach extends beyond the number on the scale—we focus on sustainable progress, preserving lean muscle mass, improving body composition, and supporting overall metabolic health. Treatment is medically supervised and adjusted based on your individual needs, goals, response, and tolerance.
In certain situations, peptide therapy may also be discussed as part of an individualized wellness plan. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can act as signaling molecules within the body and are involved in many normal biological processes. Depending on your health history, goals, and clinical assessment, your provider can discuss whether a specific peptide therapy has an appropriate role in your care.
Because peptide products vary considerably in their evidence, FDA-approval status, quality, and potential risks, peptide therapy is not a routine recommendation for every wellness patient. When considered, we will review the proposed therapy, available evidence, potential benefits and risks, alternatives, and appropriate monitoring so that treatment decisions are made on an individualized, medically guided basis.

No! Our wellness program is completely individualized. After reviewing your comprehensive lab work, health history, symptoms, and goals, your nurse practitioner will discuss the findings with you and provide a recommended treatment plan. That plan may focus solely on hormonal health, or there may be other areas we recommend addressing. You do not have to participate in every aspect of the wellness program. Recommendations are based on your individual needs, and you can discuss which options you are comfortable pursuing with your provider.
Pricing depends on which services are appropriate for you. We offer established pricing for our BHRT programs and hormone pellet therapy, with both membership and à la carte options available. Please contact our office and we would be happy to provide you with current pricing information. If prescription weight-management medications are recommended, these have a separate pricing structure. Nutraceuticals, peptide therapies, IV therapy, and other additional treatments are also priced separately based on what is recommended and selected.
No. Timeless Medical Aesthetics & Wellness does not participate with or bill health insurance plans. Our wellness services are self-pay, allowing us to provide a more personalized and comprehensive approach to your care outside of the limitations of insurance coverage.
We do accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services and expenses. Eligibility is determined by your individual HSA/FSA plan, so we recommend confirming coverage with your plan administrator when needed.
If you would like to use your health insurance for laboratory testing, we are happy to provide you with a lab order that you can take to the laboratory of your choice. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs for laboratory testing will depend on your individual insurance plan.
Not at all. In fact, the purpose of the initial evaluation is to help determine what—if anything—may be appropriate for you. We begin with comprehensive laboratory testing and then sit down with you to review your results, symptoms, health history, and goals. From there, your nurse practitioner can explain potential options and help you determine your next steps.
Your laboratory evaluation goes beyond many of the tests commonly obtained during a routine physical. Depending on your individual needs, testing may include standard health and metabolic markers as well as a more detailed evaluation of hormonal health, thyroid function, and certain vitamin and nutrient levels. Your nurse practitioner will review your results with you and explain how they fit into the bigger picture of your health.
Yes. However, we offer set-price laboratory testing through our office, which allows you to know the cost of your labs upfront. Because our wellness evaluation includes a more comprehensive panel than what is typically ordered during a routine physical, some of the tests we order may not be covered by your insurance plan. In many cases, our set-price lab option may be more affordable than the out-of-pocket cost associated with using insurance. We are able to draw these labs right in our office!
If you prefer to use your insurance, we are happy to provide you with a lab order that you can take to the laboratory of your choice and submit through your insurance. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by insurance plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm coverage for the specific tests ordered.
Laboratory results are only one part of the overall assessment. A value that falls within a laboratory’s standard “normal” reference range does not necessarily mean it is optimal for every individual or fully explain how you are feeling. During your consultation, your nurse practitioner will review your results with you in detail, discussing not only standard reference ranges, but also how your results relate to your symptoms, health history, medications, lifestyle, and personal wellness goals. When appropriate, we may also discuss optimal or target ranges used in the context of your individual health and treatment plan and whether addressing certain findings could potentially support your overall health and well-being. Our goal is not simply to treat a number, but to understand the bigger picture and identify opportunities to help you feel and function your best.
No. Our wellness program was intentionally created for both women and men and for a variety of wellness concerns. Hormonal changes can occur at different stages of life, and hormone therapy is only one component of the services we offer. Your evaluation may also identify areas related to nutritional status, weight and metabolic health, thyroid function, or other factors that warrant further discussion.
No. The consultation is an opportunity to understand your laboratory results, discuss your symptoms and goals, and learn about the options that may be appropriate for you. Your nurse practitioner will provide recommendations, but you decide which treatment options you would like to pursue. We want you to understand the potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and costs before moving forward.
Yes. If you begin hormone therapy, prescription medication, supplementation, or another treatment that requires monitoring, follow-up laboratory testing may be recommended. The timing and type of testing will depend on your treatment plan, response to therapy, and individual health needs.
