About Us
Katherine Cooper, APRN
Katherine Cooper is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who earned her degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She spent seven years practicing internal medicine before discovering her passion for aesthetic medicine.
Katherine furthered her expertise through specialized training at the DCCM Academy in Hampton, NH, and the Audrey Rose Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Woburn, MA. She remains committed to ongoing education and continuously incorporates the latest advancements in aesthetic and wellness medicine into her practice.
In addition to her medical training, Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, which sparked her interest in the science of aging, health, and wellness. While she is passionate about helping clients look their best through aesthetic treatments, she believes confidence starts from within. This philosophy has led her to expand her services to include medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptides, and other wellness-focused treatments.
By combining her backgrounds in internal medicine, biochemistry, aesthetics, and wellness, Katherine takes a comprehensive approach to care, helping clients look, feel, and function at their very best.
Katty, Certified Medical Assistant
Katty is the friendly face that welcomes you to Timeless Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. As our Office Manager, scheduler, and front desk coordinator, she plays an essential role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day. From helping clients schedule appointments to answering questions and creating a warm, welcoming environment, Katty is often the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of the exceptional experience we strive to provide.
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology from Framingham State University, Katty brings a well-rounded, patient-focused approach to every interaction. During her time there, she balanced academics with collegiate basketball, developing the discipline, teamwork, and dedication that continue to guide her professionally today.
Her experience across interdisciplinary fields has fostered a passion for skin health and integrative wellness, with a focus on helping clients feel confident, supported, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
Outside of the clinic, Katty enjoys strength training, long walks, and spending time with her beloved cats.
Michelle, Registered Nurse
Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m a registered nurse with over 10 years of diverse experience in the medical field. Outside of work, I’m often adventuring outdoors with my kids or hitting the slopes during the winter months—I love staying active and exploring new places. My passion for travel and trying new things led me to aesthetic nursing, where I’ve found joy in helping patients feel confident and happy in their own skin. It’s incredibly rewarding to make a positive impact on how people feel about themselves. I’m excited to grow in this field, and I’m especially looking forward to building my skills alongside my mentor, Katherine. I’d love to meet you and can’t wait to be part of your journey!
Rim Hachem, Licensed Esthetician
My name is Rim Hachem, and I am a passionate and licensed esthetician with over 12 years of hands-on experience in skincare and medical aesthetics, both internationally and in the U.S.
I specialize in advanced skincare treatments using ZO Skin Health, along with other clinical-grade product lines. My background includes leadership roles in high-end medispa settings in Dubai, as well as clinical experience in the U.S., which gives me a unique East-meets-West perspective on beauty, skin science, and client care.
My services focus on:

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me exploring skincare innovations, traveling, spending time with my family, or enjoying peaceful moments with a cup of coffee in nature.
